An electrolytic cell is a type of electrochemical cell that undergoes both oxidation and reduction reactions (redox reaction) when electrical energy is passed into it.

Note: electrochemical cells are systems that can either generate electricity from chemical substances calleelectrolytes, or use electrical energy from an external source to facilitate chemical reactions, leading to the decomposition of the electrolyte.

Examples of electrochemical cells include Voltaic or Galvanic cell, which generates electricity from chemical substances; and electrolytic cell, which uses external electrical energy source to cause the decomposition of the electrolyte.

Generally, reduction occurs at the cathode while oxidation occurs at the anode.

In the battery, electrode generally refers to the redox reaction occurs and the electrolyte solution position. The electrode is divided into positive and negative, generally positive as anode, electron gain, reduction reaction occurs, the negative cathode oxidation reaction occurs, the loss of electronic. The electrode can be metal or non metal, as long as they can exchange electrons with the electrolyte solution, which become the electrode. In electrochemical analysis solution concentration, electrode is converted into an electric signal sensor.

The glass cell is used for electrode reaction for laboratory research.

An electrolytic cell has three component parts: an electrolyte and two electrodes (a cathode and an anode). The electrolyte is usually a solution of water or other solvents in which ions are dissolved. Molten salts such as sodium chloride are also electrolytes. When driven by an external voltage applied to the electrodes, the ions in the electrolyte are attracted to an electrode with the opposite charge, where charge-transferring (also called faradaic or redox) reactions can take place. Only with an external electrical potential (i.e. voltage) of correct polarity and sufficient magnitude can an electrolytic cell decompose a normally stable, or inert chemical compound in the solution. The electrical energy provided can produce a chemical reaction which would not occur spontaneously otherwise.

Q1.How to control quality?

A.All the raw material by IQC(Incoming Quality Control) before launch whole process into the process after the screening.

B.Process each link in the process of IPQ(Input Process Quality Control) patrol inspection.

C.After finished by QC full inspection before packing into the next process packing.

D.OQC before shipping for each slipper to do full inspection.
